Emma Ward is the owner of Cotswold Face and Body Clinic and brings over 22 years of experience in the aesthetics industry.  She spent more than 12 years working with Transform Cosmetic Surgery Group, gaining extensive expertise before establishing her own clinic.  Emma is NVQ Level 4 qualified in Laser and IPL and specialises in advanced skin treatments. She is deeply committed to delivering safe, effective, and natural-looking results, with patient care at the heart of everything she does.   

From initial consultation through to aftercare, Emma personally guides each client through their treatment journey, ensuring they feel fully informed, supported, and confident every step of the way.

Ally set up Beautopia Cheltenham to offer a quality semi-permanent brow service that’s client centred with a personal touch. Having obtain her Level 2 qualification in Beauty Therapy she went on to become a certified Microblade Artist and Micropigmentation Practitioner. This means she offers a fully insured bespoke service specialising in perfecting the desired brow shape, helping clients select the correct pigment and finishing the look with either natural looking hair strokes by Microblade, soft natural shading by tattoo Micropigmentation, or a combination of the two.
